Effects This works by selectively inhibiting the reuptake of the neurotransmitter 5-hydroxytryptophan (serotonin) by the nerve cells. This leads to the accumulation of serotonin in the brain and increased serotonin stimulation.
 
Side Effects

Dry mouth, Feeling or being sick, Loss of appetite, Upset stomach, Diarrhea, Abdominal pain, Shaky feeling (tremor), Sweating, Change in sex drive or function e.g. ejaculatory delay, Dizziness, Not being able to sleep, Excessive sleepiness, Indigestion.
